Besaria is a fast/casual and cozy seafood restaurant, and we are looking for a motivated, dynamic, positive and responsible kitchen staff to enhance our kitchen team. As a Kitchen staff member, you must have a passion for food and hospitality, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to learn and grow. We’ll teach you everything you need to know. You build culinary masterpieces alongside your team to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.
As a Commis chef, you will:
· Develop and hone your culinary skills to create food you’re proud of.
· Uphold Besaria standards through exceptional food production. Contribute to a high functioning kitchen through flawless execution, consistent quality control, and an unwavering commitment to safety.
· Create authentic team connections that foster collaboration. Cultivate an environment of connected, committed collaborations that support a culture of teamwork.
