- Set up server system, intranet, internet, wifi, timekeeper.
- Backup file server data, website system.
- Manage programs, software and applications used in the company.
- Repair and troubleshoot computer and network systems.
- Identify and solve problems of users of personal computers, computer software and hardware, networks, and the Internet.
- Proposing the equipment and installation of computer equipment and office machines in accordance with the needs of use.
- Install and configure for users about computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Research and consult with the Board of Directors on applications of information technology in work to increase work productivity and directly implement.
- Barcode office asset management, equipment inventory and redundancy, and storage of operational documents from vendors.
- Arrange and schedule repair, maintenance and upgrade the system.
- Implementation of payment records, contracts
- Manage fingerprints of company employees
- Maintain scientific IT records, make reports as required.
