Customer Support Officer [Pakistan]


 

ob Brief:

Our company is searching for a motivated and experienced resources for our customer service department. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our clients by developing effective customer service procedures, implementing customer loyalty programs, and setting customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities:

· Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase ilaan’s service packages.

· Generating promising leads for the outside/field sales team to pursue.

· Continually meeting or exceeding Monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

· Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company services.

· Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

· Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.

· Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

Requirements:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

· Good understanding of management practices and techniques.

· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer Services: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
