Bilingual Admission Support Center Representatives
(Must be fluent in English and French)
Your Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to prospective student inquiries and concerns
- Adhering to work schedule and maintaining a positive attendance record
- Record detailed notes on customer accounts
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets consistently on a weekly and monthly basis
- Assist leads in booking virtual and in-person appointments and preparing them for the next steps
- Ability to make 80-100 calls daily
- Can work for long periods of time sitting;
· You must be_ available_ to work Monday to Friday and Sundays; please do NOT apply if you have any restrictions on the days available
