About AmApprentice Graduate Programme:
AmApprentice is an experiential programme, facilitated by dedicated sales leaders who will teach, coach and groom apprentice to be future Relationship Manager and Sales Leader of AmBank.
Apprentice will undergo intensive training and certification as well job exposure at branch, middle and back office during the 12 months programme.
Apprentice’s career growth will continuously be monitored and accelerated post programme graduation.
Supervisory Mentor
A supervisor mentor will be assigned to support, counsel, teach, and help you. The mentor will guide you throughout the programme, providing you with continuous feedback and coaching.
Buddy RM- Relationship Manager
Apprentice will be given the opportunity to observe and learn from the best. Each apprentice will be assigned a buddy who is top performing Senior Relationship Manager.
What We Look For:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent in any discipline.
- Graduates with less than two (2) years' working experience with the above qualification may also apply
- Outgoing personality, aggressive and result-oriented
- Candidate who embrace challenge and complexity and not afraid to question the norm to create change
- Customer-focus and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- A leader to be.
